Dream Cruise 2019
The Dream Cruise is a 12 mile ride for the athletes. Owners of fabulous cars come from as far as Florida with the cars to share with the athletes. Cars such as Bugatti, Ferrari La Ferrari's , Pagani, Porsche, Lamborghini, McLaren, Corvettes, Vipers, Jeeps, Rolls Royce, Bentley and Aston Martin. The athletes return to a Red Carpet arrival to main Tent lined with spectators cheering them on. The smiles are wonderful and very moving.
The Dream Ride Experience was founded and started by Michael A. Bozzuto, CEO of Bozzutos, Inc. Originally an optimistic vision with 12 motorcycles and the goal of shedding light on the countless abilities of individuals with intellectual disabilities.
A police escorted Dream Cruise and Dream Show with exotic and classic cars are the two-marque car events for the weekend. Vendors, a Family Fun Zone featuring carnival rides and attractions, live bands, a Special Olympics Unified Sports® basketball tournament, a Fireman's Chili Cook-Off, Police K-9 Challenge, and a pet rescue round out the attractions of this amazing event creating awareness of intellectual disabilities and creating true inclusion for athletes and participants alike.
